should be submitted every day to make a profit?

1 submit should be good enough.. put time into each gallery building so they are good converting. If you can really put enough time into building all quality time then 2 to 3 submissions/day should be good and more money too. Most mgps allow more than 1 submit and rest you can buy spots for (ofcourse if you are buildig 2/3 galleries/day you know what you're doing so investing soe money into it will well be worth)

well i think 1 a day is sufficient until i figure out what the fuck i'm doing in mgping

My philosophy is do as many as you can without compromising the quality of the submissions. I usually try to submit 4 or 5 a day. Obviously gallery #1 gets more traffic than any of the others, but even gallery #5 is worth submitting. :D

dont you get banned at some places for submitting more than they "allow"?

Only very rarely. Most MGPs and TGPs have good scripts these days. The ones that only accept 1 per day will block your other galleries when you submit them. They won't ban you coz they never see your other gals :)
