Just my imagination or did the Earth move?

well, it may have only been a tiny one, but damn if I didnt just feel what turns out to be a 2.9 earthquake! Of course, I was the only one in the house that even noticed, cuz everybody else is either sucked into the PS2 or napping...or napping in front of the ps2, lol! They suck!

Sorta sounded like a distant sonic boom, felt like somebody kicked the couch, and then the living room walls creaked just a bit (sorta like when a house settles, yanno?). I went to the den and asked OB's hubby if he had noticed anything and he looked at me like I was completely outta my mind..hehe! My boychild did the same....Just then, the local media interrupted the TV announcing what I had just felt....

Maybe they're too used to Earthquakes to notice them, unless it's a big one.

Well, my boy still has yet to experience his first real quake, since he's spent the majority of his life on the east coast (no earthquakes in connecticut - just martha stewart :D ).

But I can say (without fear of being wrong) that even if we did experience one of greater magnitude, it still woulda gone unnoticed...in this house unless something is xbox or ps2 related, it just doesnt exist or occur, where the males are concerned. But gods help us all if the ISP happens to have a blip in service, or if the RJ45 between the dsl modem and the router goes berzerk and they cant access their Final Fantasy game or something...because the way they freak out, you'd think the world was coming to an end!
