yup I was looking through some of the posts. A tad disgruntled is he? ah well, let the poor man rant until he gets his broken ass banned. Of course that is unless you are keeping him around just to poke fun at. (not a bad thing either, lol)

Experts? Right on!

My host is giving me some flack. I recently asked to upgrade my plan from 150 gigs to 300gigs bw. all is fine, they tell me. is it?

they suspended my account because I am using over 25% of the CPU load. Why do they offer a 300gig bw plan if they do not have the resources to back it up? (shared server...)

Now I am offering to go with their virtual server with a 500gig bw amount. Have not heard from them at all since I last put in a request.

I have two galleries side by side that will be listed by The Hun in just a few days.

Needless to say I am shitting bricks.

If need be, I will start over with a new domain name, on a better host. Got any suggestions? My main activity is making galleries, so I don't really need any fancy scripts and what not, just a place to put the galleries and good solid BW

If you are not using any kinda scripts I don't see how you could use up 25% cpu resource with just 300 gigs but the price you are getting is almost too good to be true for a per gig account, something maybe giving here. Any other host I could think of would be 3 to 4 times the price you are paying now but still maybe worth it casue won't be doing any sorta hankypanky with you.

If you are looking to learn the tgp stuff this the right place. Thanks to buffd thou for already stating that. Once again, welcome!
