That explanation on SB about Epoch tracking had me cracking up. I had not read it before today: :1orglaugh

"cookies only thou they tried to tell me it was some hi-tech :rolleyes: tracking system that would track regardless of cookie or no cookie.. asked exactly how? they said that's a secret they couldn't let out but it's not by ip matching but something superior.. nucelar science? :eek2 But their rep testing with me while on the phone having cookies turned off epoch failed to track affiliate ids. Just offered explanation "I dunno why it's not tracking with cookies off but it should".
Also, cookie set by wnu is for 1 hour only which is a complete joke. When I told them if they could set it to 1 year for me only maybe said that would call for epoch "board of directors meeting" :confused: Bottomline is I dropped epoch after all that as soon as I could thou I should've loved it cos it'd be more money in my pocket as a paysite owner but that's not exactly I wish to do my business (I like long term relationship with my affils not short, I like them happy and chatting with on icq too hehe)."

"before I told Nelson to set cookies for 1 year with toyteen tracking script I had a big "Board Of Director Meeting" too but that's mostly classified so can't tell you but tell you the declassified part that the meeting was participated by 15 members: me1, me2.. me15. If I tell you anything more it could become a matter of global security, I could be hanged"
