thats concerned about what to do when the 2257 changes take effect? i have a tgp and fake tgps that have thumbs to hardcore... most of which aren't my content but that of my sponsors. i've taken inventory of all galleries that i built since the beginning of this year including where the url is, what content it is, who the content provider is, etc. but i have to do this for stuff i built prior to this year. its a long tedious task. it wouldnt make sense for those changes to effect. it would screw a lot of webmasters up, not to mention all the models that would have to reveal private information.

I don't know anything about the new regulations in this law. Seems I have been reading a lot of opinions, but no clear cut understanding from anyone source.

Don't quite know what to make out of 2257 yet.. they can't be serious.. they'll violate every constitutional privacy laws with this. However, it's easy for me to say cos I am compliant as is plus I work with mostly non-hardcore. As for TGPs, there are just buncha freeporn haters scaremongers trying to scare you off. If they try to hold tgp owners resposnsible for content they will have to hold google/yahoo responsible for it too which ain't gonna happen :)

I'm in the USA too. I too am concern with what us small webmasters need to do to comply with the new changes.

i guess we'll have to see when the time comes. but i'd rather be prepared than be caught like a deer in headlights. plus its good to make an inventory of all my stuff anyway
