CCBill question

I notice that some sponsors who use ccbill tell you go to ccbill to sign up for an account while others provide a link to sign up.

I couldn't find where on ccbill an affiliate can signup. Their signup page is more oriented toward webmaster who will run their own site.

With sponsor that provided ccbill signup link, I got one question. Where it say site URL, is that the site I want to promote or my site? I would assume that it should be the site I want to promote but know that it is not always wise to assume.

Once I signup for one sponsors that uses ccbill, I could than use the same login info when signing up for another?

i don't know any sponsor that would tell u to just go to ccbill to signup without giving you a link simply not possible that way. They'll have to give you a link with their site inserted otherwise you can't be their affiliate.

yes, once you signup, you can just keep adding more sites under that account.
